At Aydem Elektrik Perakende Satış AŞ and Gediz Elektrik Perakende Satış AŞ (the “Company”), our aim is to:

In this regard, our Integrated Management Systems Policy aims to:

- - Make sure that our trained and experience personnel use the existing sources efficiently and effectively to meet the needs and expectations of the customers and all shareholders of our Company in a timely manner in order to ensure satisfaction,
- - Create efficient management systems of all processes at our Company and improve these systems to offer sustainable services at the level of international standards,
- - Adopt a transparent, fair and accountable management approach with a sense of social responsibility and ensure that it is adopted by others as well,
- - Efficiently manage risks to continuously improve all relevant processes,
- - Use energy efficiently, conduct studies to prevent environmental pollution, protect environmental balance and natural resources,
- - Adopt a sustainable development approach to protect the environment and prevent pollution, and make sure that waste is reduced at source and improve our recycling methods,
- - Comply with the legislation on occupational health and safety, as well as administrative regulations, and create a healthy and safe work environment,
- - Detect the risks that may lead to job accidents and occupational diseases at the workplace to ensure safety of employees at all levels, as well as that of visitors and subcontractors, and reduce all sorts of material and nonmaterial losses that they or their families may experience in the future,
- - Get opinions and recommendations from employees regarding occupational health and safety to maximize employee engagement, and share all information on health and safety with employees,
- - Control the impacts of our activities on the environment and human health, making sure that these are in compliance with the sustainable development goals,
