At Aydem Elektrik Perakende Satış AŞ and Gediz Elektrik Perakende Satış AŞ (the “Company”), our aim is to:
Create a customer experience focused on process and success to provide a working environment for our employees where they can improve and advance in their careers, and to increase the value we add to our clients and employees as well as the company’s profitability.
Striving to offer products and technologies that make everyday life easier, more convenient and enjoyable to become a leader in the sector, the Company always considers customer requests and expectations and ensures continuous improvement in the targeted quality aspect.
In this regard, our Integrated Management Systems Policy aims to:
- - Ensure continuity in our core values, which are Valuing People, Reliability, Sustainability, Accessibility and Social Sensibility,
- - Offer products and services that exceed expectations in compliance with the applicable national and international standards and legal legislations to ensure customer satisfaction, continuously improve our services and increase efficiency,
- - Consider the best practices in the sector and in the world to set measurable goals for Quality, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, regularly check if they are met and continuously improve our management systems with our performance in this area,
- - Make sure that our trained and experience personnel use the existing sources efficiently and effectively to meet the needs and expectations of the customers and all shareholders of our Company in a timely manner in order to ensure satisfaction,
- - Create efficient management systems of all processes at our Company and improve these systems to offer sustainable services at the level of international standards,
- - Adopt a transparent, fair and accountable management approach with a sense of social responsibility and ensure that it is adopted by others as well,
- - Efficiently manage risks to continuously improve all relevant processes,
- - Use energy efficiently, conduct studies to prevent environmental pollution, protect environmental balance and natural resources,
- - Adopt a sustainable development approach to protect the environment and prevent pollution, and make sure that waste is reduced at source and improve our recycling methods,
- - Comply with the legislation on occupational health and safety, as well as administrative regulations, and create a healthy and safe work environment,
- - Detect the risks that may lead to job accidents and occupational diseases at the workplace to ensure safety of employees at all levels, as well as that of visitors and subcontractors, and reduce all sorts of material and nonmaterial losses that they or their families may experience in the future,
- - Get opinions and recommendations from employees regarding occupational health and safety to maximize employee engagement, and share all information on health and safety with employees,
- - Control the impacts of our activities on the environment and human health, making sure that these are in compliance with the sustainable development goals,
- Ensure that all activities lead to business results that will create value to the relevant parties in line with the main objective and goals of the Company. Our policy will always be open and accessible to our clients, employees and all relevant parties.

We comply with the requirements set forth in ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), 14001 (Environmental Management System), 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and 10002 (Customer Satisfaction Management System) to achieve the objectives and policies established under the Integrated Management System. One of our key principles is to maintain the sustainability of the system through continuous improvement. Within the framework of the Integrated Management System, we teach our employees the importance of laws and legal requirements, raise our employees’ awareness of the practices of the Integrated Management System, and promote the development of our employees.
At Aydem and Gediz Perakende, we maintain our quality policy with the aim of being a reliable company that meets the needs and expectations of our customers in all our business processes by ensuring that all our employees become people who can use their talents within the framework of quality systems at the highest level, and continuously increase the level of quality through teamwork.
Entegre Yönetim Sistemi gereksinimlerini iş stratejilerimizde en etkin şekilde gerçekleştirebilmek için şirketimiz;
- In order to implement the requirements of the Integrated Management System as effectively as possible in our business strategies, our company accepts and acknowledges that ensuring the continuity of the Integrated Management System is extremely important for the company’s employees and future strategic development plans.
- It supports and encourages the application of continuous improvement, process approach and risk-based thinking by providing training and infrastructure investments related to the Integrated Management System throughout our company.
- Leaders at management levels take the lead in providing accountability and support for the Integrated Management System to employees in their departments.
- It establishes the necessary basis for compliance with the Integrated Management System, which is in place and implemented both inside and outside the company, and provides all necessary support for its dissemination by raising employee awareness.
- It ensures that the system is understood by all employees, allocating the resources necessary for the efficient operation of the system, and working to continuously improve the system.
