Free Insurance Package

We will introduce your selected insurance package and serve you free of charge in the event of a damage.

  • To benefit from the campaign, your annual consumption must be at or above the Eligible Consumer limit.
  • Public and Private Service subscribers, as well as Other (Workplace) or Industrial subscribers can benefit from the campaign.
  • The customer will be charged a deposit amount that equals to their highest monthly consumption in the last 12 months, and this amount will be reflected on the customer’s bill.
  • Customers joining the campaign can opt for any one of the following complimentary packages offered as part of the campaign: the Workplace Insurance or the Home Insurance package.
  • You can fill in the application form or call 0850 800 0 186 to benefit from the campaign.

Workplace Insurance - Package Details

  • Customers with an annual consumption of 100.000 kWh and over will be offered Allianz Workplace Insurance with a coverage of 50.000 TRY, free of charge.
  • This insurance package provides coverage for fire, air and land vehicle crash, floods and flooding, theft, and smoke damage. Customers can utilize the services provided in this package, for a period of one year.

Home Insurance - Package Details

  • Customers who opt for this package will get the Home Insurance Policy provided by Allianz for a period of 12 months, free of charge.
  • Customers with an annual consumption of 100.000 kWh and over will be offered Allianz Home Insurance with a coverage of 20.000 TRY, free of charge. 
  • This insurance package provides coverage for fire, air and land vehicle crash, floods and flooding, theft, and smoke damage. 
  • Customers can utilize the services provided in this package, for a period of one year.

What is the SME Support Campaign?

  • It is a tariff campaign that provides Workplace or Home Insurance packages to consumers according to their preferences, in addition to power supply service.

Which packages are offered within the framework of the campaign?

  • These service packages include 2 different products: Workplace Insurance (Allianz) or Home Insurance (Allianz).

Where can I apply for the campaign?

  • Customers who wish to benefit from the campaign can fill in the application form, call our Call Center on 0850 800 0 186 or visit one of our Customer Relations Centers to get help from our sales consultants with their application. 

What are the terms of application?

  • To benefit from the campaign, your annual consumption must be at or above 100,000 kWh.

Which insurance products will be offered to customers under the campaign?

  • Customers with an annual consumption at or above 100.000 kWh will be presented the 20.000 TRY Allianz home product or the 50.000 TRY Allianz workplace product as per their preferences.

When will the customer start benefiting from the insurance service?

  • A Bilateral Agreement and an insurance contract will be signed within the framework of electricity supply services. Thereafter a record will be created for the customer who will then be emailed the insurance policy that will take effect right away. The insurance policy will take effect once electricity supply services commence.

How long can a customer benefit from the campaign?

  • Customers can benefit from the campaign for a year.

Where can I get information about the insurance packages included in the campaign?

  • Please call 0850 399 9999 for Allianz Customer Services to find answers to your questions about the insurance packages offered under the campaign: Gediz Perakende offers the insurance packages free of charge under the campaign, and assumes no liability regarding such services.

Will I continue to benefit from the insurance if I terminate the electricity contract?

  • The insurance policy will be canceled when the customer changes suppliers.

Is it possible to increase the coverage figures for the packages offered under the campaign?

  • As the insurance packages offered under the campaign are fixed packages, it is not possible to revise the scope of coverage.

Can I benefit from the Workplace Insurance or Home Insurance packages at the same time?

  • The packages included in the campaign are separate products, and a customer can get only one package at a time.

Assuming that I have the bilateral agreement for electricity for my workplace, can I use the insurance packages for my home?

  • The Workplace Insurance is offered only for the workplaces of business owners. The Home Insurance product is available for customers who wish to use the free insurance products at home.

Can I benefit from the campaign even if the electricity subscription is not in my name?

  • The electricity subscription should be in your name for you to benefit from the insurance packages offered under the campaign.

When can I start to use advantageous electricity?

  • Once the Bilateral Agreement signed with Gediz Perakende for electricity supply is approved by EXIST (Energy Exchange Istanbul) (in the 3-week period from the 6th day of the month until the end of the month, transition process is confirmed for customers who have a meter that is in compliance with the communiqué and who exceed the eligible consumer limit), the Customer can start to use advantageous electricity.
